If You Were Impacted by the Data Security Incident Experienced by Panorama Eye Care, LLC, You Could be Eligible for a Payment from a Class Action Settlement
A Court has authorized this website. This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.
You may be eligible to receive a payment from a proposed $1,700,000 non-reversionary class action settlement (the “Settlement Fund”).
The class action lawsuit alleges that between May 22, 2023, and June 4, 2023, Panorama detected unusual activity in its computer systems and discovered that an unauthorized third party had accessed Panorama’s network and certain system files (the “Data Security Incident”), which potentially exposed Private Information contained in the file system including names, Social Security numbers, financial information, and other information. Defendant disagrees with Plaintiffs’ claims and denies any liability or wrongdoing.
You are included in the lawsuit as a Class Member if you received a notification from Panorama around June 5, 2024, stating that your Private Information may have been exposed by the Data Security Incident.
Eligible Claimants under the Settlement Agreement will be eligible to receive:
CASH PAYMENTS
- Compensation for documented losses of up to $5,000.00, with Reasonable Documentation, OR
- A pro rata Cash Payment from the Settlement Fund, estimated at $125.00, that will be increased or decreased pro rata depending on the amount remaining in the Settlement Fund after all Documented Loss Claims and expenses have been paid,
AND
- Credit Monitoring: You can also make a Claim for Credit Monitoring for two years with three bureaus: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Plaintiffs value this benefit at $90.00 per year per Settlement Class Member.
For more information or to submit a Claim see the information on this website or call (833) 627-3288. An interactive voice response system is available at all times.
